We enjoyed our field trip to Flamingo Gardens. The day was filled with fun and excitement. The students began their field trip with a tram ride through the wetland area and groves around Flamingo Gardens. Next, they planted a small little palm that they got to take home. Then they went on a Treasure Hunt looking for many interesting things. They saw flamingos, alligators, panthers, and peacocks! They even saw a variety of native birds to Florida and they got to feed them by hand. Our field trip ended with lunch under the pavilion. We thank God for giving us a wonderful experience at Flamingo Gardens.
